With this letter, The Knowledge Factory wishes to express its gratitude in respect to the excellent work provided by Beotela.
The Knowledge Factory is a marketing & sales house. We are on a mission to "demystify" the internet and put the users in sales, marketing, and management in the driving seat. In this we challenge head on the notion that the internet is “something difficult”.
Everywhere we went though people wanted us to give them $1000-$2000 dollars for a site, and then we would have to pay them more every time we wanted to make changes to it.
That is why we were on the market to find a company who could develop for us a tool with which, we ourselves, could easily manage our websites as well as our customer’s websites, without having the need to come back.
We are very pleased with the fact that Beotela have shown the ability to think along with us. They provided us with the choice between having a custom made application or go for the proven technology of Beotela Web Studio® (BWS).
We were in doubts since we wanted a tool developed especially for us, so that we are sure we get exactly what we wanted. But then we thought why should we spend more than
$20 000 getting a custom solution instead of risking way less money and try with Beotela Web Studio® which has already been proven to work with over 200 web sites. This also lowered the risk in migrating to the system.
We found the most robust solution we could find at any price!
Since we constantly need to publish and update the information on our web sites, to generate new HTML pages and to offer added value services to our clients, we decided that the best solution would be to start with BWS Core and also migrate our clients to it.
Doing business with Beotela was a snap. Everything they told us was true. The implementation was quick and our customers benefited immediately. That is why we decided to extend the license agreement we had. This is how we ended up with using all the available modules of Beotela Web Studio® i.e. BWS – eCommerce & Shop-Builder, Campaign Manager, Banner Manager, Statistics, Members, Newsletters, Message Board, Guest Book, Web Poll, Chat and Link Validator.
We are proud that we were the initiators of the idea that Beotela created the Banner Manager module.
We migrated all our clients’ web sites to be managed with the Beotela Web Studio site-building toolkit. This allows us to control and deploy our Internet business and implement our marketing strategy within one backend system, which is easy to use, very powerful, and flexible.
We believe that information technology, the internet and all future wireless applications should be stripped of their mystique and be utilized as simple tools to achieve simple objectives. We are glad to have chosen for Beotela Web Studio. They make it so easy!
